A Contractor Built on Collective Experience

TrioTimber Innovations and Construction Inc. (CSLB #1115717) was founded in 2023 by three longtime colleagues who had spent years working across residential, commercial, and multi-family construction in the Greater Los Angeles area. The name reflects both our roots in premium woodwork and our belief that the best builds are always a collaboration.

We incorporated as a licensed California general contractor because we saw the same problem repeatedly: property owners forced to deal with shifting timelines, doubled budgets, and contractors who overpromised, underdelivered, and went silent when things got difficult. We built TrioTimber to be the firm we always wished existed — a company built on written, scope-defined contracts, transparent communication, and founders who pick up the phone.
